Negative head pump

    Hi there

I have a positive head pump servicing the whole house including two showers. When a tap or toilet is drawn it runs the shower too hot.
What is the best way to prevent this from happening. I have had one trademan tell me that the pump should be a negative head pump and this will resolve this problem. Would appreciate if someone could confirm what the best solution is.

    Tia
