Other than the output for the internal bell has been changed to buzzer it should not happen

You should get a keypad buzzer but there is no need for bells to activate.

Hard to say without seeing the configuration and where the internal is wired to .
    Do you have engineer code?

If you have engineer code go into the outputs menu, panel outputs.
Number 4 is the internal bell output.
Make sure this says internal bell.

If you go into engineer mode, outputs menu, panel outputs, output 4 should be the internal bell.

    01 alarm+ve
    05 external bell -ve.

    2 expander output.

First 2 outputs are programmable outputs.
If you go into outputs it should be, 3 strobe, 4 internal and 5 external?

An alternative option would be to use one of the free outputs and program this as the internal bell.

Strange you have no strobe or internal in the panel outputs.
Have you an external bell on the system?

    Thats what it should say.
Strange one as it should not be activating the internal bell.
Id try a software upgrade if needed then test.
Change output to a free one.
Other than that, Im at a loss as to why its happening.

No, keypad indications are correct but internal bell going off ain't. Id recommend getting an installer to have a look at it for you.

Can only be done using smartlink 700.
    Have you a GSM-SC installed?

Was you going to say I could do it remotely if you gave me access using the GSM-SC. Won't work with a GSM-Q. You would need an installer with smartlink 700 to do this for you.
