5V USB power via 32A/16A industrial blue sockets

I need to put a 5V usb powered display (tablet with 5V power supply in a sealed tough industrial plastic case) in an industrial environment, this is dry but dusty environment with lots of movement of material and people. There is no interaction by normal users with the display case or power supply. All sockets in this area are 16A or 32A round 230v sockets, there are NO regular 230V square pin sockets and no possibility of installing them.

To date in office environments we have used 5V wall warts. In a new version we were intending using 230v mains lead, with regular 5V power supply built into the case.

In the industrial setup, what is the acceptable way to power this.. I saw trailing lead 16A round to 13A adaptors online , but it looks messy and still think it probably violates some "no 13 AMP square plug rule" in this environment.

By way of thinking about this,

Whats the acceptable method of say plugging in regular 230v equipment with 13A fused plug in this environment by a maintenance man?

Whats the acceptable method of plugging in same 230v equipment with a 10A unfused round pin "euro" plug by a visiting french technician..

Is there a limitation on what can be plugged into 16A /32A 230v sockets.
