Fintech/Data Analysis courses may have an element of cluoud computing in them.

Cloud computing will definitley have jobs but you are narrowing down the area and industry you will work in from day one.

Fintech is the application of alot of different computer science elements to finance.
Once you have found a particular tech you are interested in you can specialise and possibly apply it to other industries.

Data Analysis has a wide range of applications form business to science to on-line to sport etc etc.

I would say if you are unsure of your interests but have some interest in stats/maths and maybe AI you should probably lean to data science.
If you are into tech and specifically cloud stuff you wouldn't be asking the question.
If you are interested in finance and it would help motivate your studies go fintech, this will include some data analysis and AI along with other tech stuff like cloud.
