    Hi there
    I hope you are well.
I called your customer care team in relation to the possibility of exchanging 20 pounds sterling( all 1 pound coins)
The lady told me its at the banks discression which is fine. However my issue is the lady couldn’t tell what the banks would say.
Is it possible to check what branch will accept it in Galway?
    Thanks
    Skinny

Thanks skinny90 for checking here with us.

I'm afraid the Branches will be unable to exchange the coin for you. Sorry to hear a phone Advisor gave you the incorrect information when making your initial enquiry. The Branch can only exchange notes.

    Many Thanks
    Alison
