WTF is going on at Eir again?
After wrong usage figures earlier this year, I made it a habit to check the dashboard.
    What do I see today:
    466577.png

But cross checking the historic usage:
    466578.png

not even Oct and Nov _combined_ accumulate to that figure.

Another visit at the shop me thinks, costing me time and parking ...

    Furious!

Mines exactly the same, saying I've used 797GB when I have not used half that. I noticed MyEir was down for maintenance the other night. I assume they have screwed up the code in some fashion. I would not waste your time going to a shop.

Yeah shop will probably tell you to call 1901
1901 currently has a waiting time of 70 - 120 mins and they won't have an answer even if you manage to get through.
When the talk to Eir board was still open they had assured us that the bandwidth calculator was 100% accurate even though there was large discrepancies.

The shops aren't run by Eir, they're outsourced. They've nothing to do with the site.

Get onto webchat and have them escalate it with the website teams.

The myeir portal has been going down several times a week for the last few months. I can't log in right now.
I think they may know they have issues with the site.

Earlier this year webchat was useless. Shop sorted my problem. Took 3 runs, but eventually worked out.

From the first day of connection of FTTH my data figures have been wrong.
    They continue to be wrong.

Apparently I jumped from 30 to 40 GB per month to 150+ GB per month.

As long as the unlimited allowance applies I decided to not bother.

This is the total shown on the usage stats ...
    Aug 2018 36,330 MB
    Sept 2018 110,280 MB
    Oct 2018 156,051 MB
    Nov to date 173,939 MB

and this is what is shown on the myeir dashboard page

    Broadband
    eir Fibre Extreme 150Mb
    537.712 GB / Unlimited
Usage breakdown: Download: 286.258GB Upload: 251.455GB

That might be the total to date since I connected to FTTH.

It is all nonsense as far as I am concerned.

The problem is, that you (well, not you personally, since you are truly and totally unlimited, but me for example) may get billed against that "nonsense".
