    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone with seasonal affective disorder uses light therapy, and what do they find effective? Found out one of the lads has it, and although I've told him about the light therapy that can help him, I didn't have much info on which device he should look into.

So I thought someone here may have had success finding something that works for them?

    Thanks :)

Yes I know folk who do find light therapy a great help with SAD.

I suffer severely as part of the M.E .... running on fumes and sheer will power atm and living for the equinox

I did buy a Light Box when I was in the UK; a company called Outside IN!

But the M.E makes bright light impossible so I gave it away. Better help from a special Dawn Bedside light until it died.

It is the intensity, the LUX of the light not the brightness.

If you can tolerate bright light, worth a try,
