Fixing pedestal sink to wall

I removed some badly done silicone from the back of the pedestal sink in my new (to me) house to find that that was all that was holding the sink to the wall! There had been some kind of adhesive at some stage but this had obviously failed. What's the easiest way to fix it back to the wall. The pedestal is obviously taking a lot of the the weight so it just needs to be held to the wall.

There should be 2 holes on the underside of the sink which will allow you to attach to wall with plugs & screws.

Personally, I'd just use 2 small blobs of silicon. As you said, the pedestal is there to take the weight as well as concealing the fittings.

Agree with above. A few blobs of tec7 will do the job.
