For a three month old, is it 90g, three times a day, not sure if I’m reading this correctly
    Thanks

    What breed is the dog?

Assuming the dog will weigh 4 kg when fully grown it is 90g per day total split into 3 meals of 30g each.

13 week old shih tzu bichon cross, from the photo off his food it should be 3 feeds of 30g each?

4kg I would think might be a bit low of a guesstimate for adult weight. I would base it on 5kg especially for a male.

Having reared many pups, I've concluded that 3 meals a day is not enough for most 13 week old... They'll let you know when to reduce the number of meals, as they'll usually stop finishing one of them.
More importantly, I've found the feed guides are a long way off the mark for pups that are about to be, or are right in the middle of a huge growth spurt... That's 10ish to 24 ish weeks of age for a smaller breed. Personally, at this point if their lives, I feed them to satiation. Growth is hugely calorie consuming. Hugely. You just can't give them enough in my view.
I may revert to something closer to the manufacturer's feed guide when the pup has reached adult size, but until then, it's the pup that dictates how much to feed them :)
In addition, both adult Shih Tsus and adult Bichons will weigh in at 7kg+! Hard to see their offspring being much smaller than them!

I weighed out 30g earlier, seemed very little for a growing pup but not really experienced in this area, we've definitely been giving more than 30g to date but not weighing it, pup seems happy, don't want to under or over feed.

To my mind, it's almost impossible to overfeed a pup in growth mode. Well... Within reason. I'm thinking pugs and labradors here :D

I never ever go by amounts on the bag. I just feed to maintain condition & increase or decrease as needed.

Within Reason DBB I think you forgot Borders. They can make Labs seem fussy :D

I always feed to eye, so go by the pups body condition, but 3 meals for that age sounds too little to me, I'd be giving 4 meals and as said above when they start to leave one meal you know it's time to drop a meal, make sure you're feeding a good quality food, when they're growing it's no time to skimp out on cheap feed.
Just don't do what we had one collie owner do when I worked at a vets, he fed to the weight of the dog, so as the dog got fatter and fatter he fed more and more going by the weight on the back of the bag - the collie was 8 stone and died at 4 yrs old!!:O
