    Hello

I have an ip camera set up which i am able to view over my local network.

I acquired a static ip and setup port forwarding with my imagine broadband router (through their tech support, not allowed DIY).

Static ip works fine, but port forwarding to my ip camera is failing somewhere.

    Looking for some help.
    thanks

Check that the port is actually up by using 'ShieldsUP!' or other port scanners.

Thanks for the reply. It is telling me that the port is closed ... is this my problem?

Is the camera on a fixed lease from the router? No point in Imagine forwarding to .1.10 when in an hours time the camera is .1.17
