Tp link and Eir not working help

    Hi all I am looking for help I have a tp link td w9970 and I can't get on the Internet with eir iv tried quick install but no luck it has under dsl wan interface pppoe vci 10 dsl disabled. It says Bridge is connected. I'm clueless as to how to fix this any help greatly appreciated when I run diagnostic it says not find Internet joins in

    I'm not very broadband savy in terms of pppoe etc but any help would be great and I will try to answer any questions you might need to know

    What router model did eir send you for it?

    I do not know what you mean by a package? We have broadband for a good few years did not upgrade to fibre. I just changed the router and I can't get it to work

    Got it working again I had no eir for a week just stopped working I had an od eir modem about 6 months ago then I changed to this instead but all working fine now thanks
