You can drive none without qualified driver and you can drive any van that can be driven in a car licence once you have the qualified driver on board.

Anything that falls into the class your permit is for (i.e. laden weight </3,500kg and less than 9 seats in total).

You'll find it very hard to get insurance until you get the test if it's for commercial use though.

You'll require a qualified driver in any vehicle where you are driving on a learner permit (except motorcycle and tractor).

You don't have a driving licence (for a van or a car) . Really, how were you expecting any other answer?

You can't drive for work with a permit.

Insurance for doing deliveries is mental.

Provisional licence went out a few years back and as mentioned above it's now a learner permit.

You will need to pass your test before you would even be thought of been hired.

You will need to have correct insurance, cvrt test, tax and fuel.

Then think of maintenance and tyres.

Delivering is a cut throat business and a hard one and long hours.

Before you think of anything get your full licence, buy a cheap 1 litre or less and get onto getting no claims bonus built up before even trying a van as it will be extortionate even on a small car.
