Looking for opinions on the value of upgrading from my existing TV (Samsung LE46C750) against Toshiba 49U6863 which is at a good price on Richer Sounds. I use IPTV so source quality of TV is probably sub 1080p. I access Netflix through a PS4. Not sure would a new 4k HDR tv be a noticeable upgrade on what I currently have?…
