    Hi,

    I have a question for a non-EEA employee.

Is there a law to allow a non-EEA to get an emergency leave during probation period ?

If yes, after how many probationary working days can a non-EEA ask or apply for an emergency/non-emergency leave ?

What is the minimum days of paid/unpaid leave available for a non-EEA probationary employee ?

I'm asking about government's labor laws concerning this or does the company decides this ?

    Thank You

If you need time off for an emergency just tell your employer, if genuine it shouldn't be an issue

The employer decides when you take your leave in the first instance. Being on probation doesn't make any difference to your leave entitlement compared to a permanent employee. Non-EEA is irrelevant.
