Baby registration cavan

Hi all, had a baby in cavan hospital 6 weeks ago. Filled in the birth notification form at the hospital and midwife said i needed to wait to get a letter from the local registration office to acknowledge they were informed of the birth before we can go to register the birth. I still havent received anything. Has anyone…
