Referred tooth pain?

I had a dental checkup in June and needed 2 fillings. She did the most urgent that day and said the other was ok for now as was only a small filling needed and less urgent on upper right.

I now have this annoying sensation on my lower right teeth like something is stuck between them. Sometimes it is sensitive in the area too. It comes and goes but it still feels like constant annoyance.

I made an appointment for a weeks time (they are very busy) but i'm just wondering could this be the top tooth causing this feeling on the bottom? Is it likely to get worse in a weeks time? Also, i have invisalign on the top which is probably not helping the cavity that needs to be done.

    Thanks all
