If the ouside temperature is say 5 degrees what would the inside temperature in be inside with no heat on in the following houses ?

    poorly insulated house

    moderately insulted

    highly insulated

Insulation just makes the house loose heat more slowly.
The poorly will just lose heat faster than the highly insulated one.

Eventually they all will be 5 degrees if the temp outside is 5 degrees

5° also. Unless you are talking about a passive house and even that would need to get heat somewhere to keep it above the outside temperature. That could be solar gain or just from the people inside.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

If it's 5 outside and no source of heat in the house how would it get to to 15?

As others have said above 5c outside then eventually 5c inside however The house will almost always feel somewhat warmer when it's cold outside as there will be no wind chill factor. If its 5c outside the wind chill could be 0c but it'll will be 5c inside

Plus different parts of house will be duff temperatures depending on sunshine, windows, activities, vents, drafts etc
