Lost Channel 4 channels

I lost a few channels (see Below) during the week, either on Wednesday or Thursday. Channel 4+1 E4 E4+1 More 4 I'm using a samsung tv with a built in tuner. Has anyone else experienced the same? Is it a broadcast issue?

Same happened my on a zgemma box. Haven't been able to get them back
