Hi All, just looking for some advice in relation to new kitchens. Based in Kildare and have looked at various different suppliers such as Cash & Carry Kitchens, B&Q, Woodies and IKEA. They all have decent display kitchens in their showrooms, but have heard some horror stories regarding the actual installation of the kitchens whereby the actual install of the kitchen is contracted out to contractors who can be a mixed bag in terms of overall finish. Budget would be about 8-10k for a standard size kitchen. Would I be better of going for a kitchen supplier who would have their own carpenters/joiners who would be responsible for the work from the initial design to the completed finish? Thanks.

In terms of price, I found cash and carry very expensive compared to smaller local suppliers! I’m not in your area though, so can’t advise otherwise
