Paying from boi current account to boi credit card - why is there a delay?

Hi Just wondering why there is a delay when you pay off your credit card via 365? You would think in 2018 it would happen instantly?

Hi Fiona,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

Our normal timeframe is one working day. This is due to the fact that the transfer goes into a holding account before reaching your credit card. This is not the same as a transfer between BOI current accounts.
