Aer Lingus - Refund Request Form

    Hi all,

I have a flight to America booked for tomorrow afternoon that I'm going to have to cancel at late notice.

I'm trying to submit the refund request form on the Aer Lingus website, and my details are entered exactly as they appear on my flight booking confirmation. Every time I try to hit submit, the page scrolls back up to my address, but no error message pops up to say what I've done wrong or how to fix it.

Has anyone come across this issue before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It should highlight the invalid field when you click "Submit", but it doesn't display a message; poor design there, really. Just double-check the field that gets highlighted in green when you click the button and it scrolls back up; it doesn't like something about it. It's most likely not checking your address against your booking or anything, it's probably an issue with a required field being left blank, or with characters that it doesn't like (dashes or other non-numeric characters in your phone number, etc.).

I had exactly the same problem. I can't remember the solution- think the mobile number was in the wrong format?
