Petrol/nitro remote controlled cars?

Hi all,not sure where to post this so hoping someone will move it to where it belongs ðŸ˜, my son is looking to get a good quality petrol or nitro remote control car for Christmas but we are finding it near impossible to get one here or in the UK, anyone with any information or ideas please.

I've a feeling with the advances in battery technology they have become obsolete, not seen them advertised in years.

They will sort you out, still a huge market for petrol and nitro. They are Dublin based

I'd suggest going to one of the race days to see what kind of car would suit your son before buying anything.The cars are not cheap and you may need a few extras too.
My o/h got into it a few years ago and Navan Nitro Nuts were a great bunch of lads when he was starting out - great for advice or help on days when the car just wouldn't co-operate.
