Recover Whatsapp after device factory reset

    Hi,
    I completed 3 backups of WhatsApp to GoogleDrive today on a Samsung Galaxy S6. After the reset, I installed the Whatsapp app but it cannot see the backup although I see it using my PC under backups.

    Pain in the rear so any help please!! Yried to find a way to download the backup from Googledrive to no avail. Used the Samsung account as a backup.. no joy there.. not a good day!!

    I've 2 weeks before Google delete the backup..
