Car parked on drive for 2 days. Tried to start, dash lights on, doesn't turn over.... lights recycle (for want of better description)

Battery reading low... new battery says I.

2 new batteries later doesn't look like the battery. Battery 12.7V before connecting to car, then reads 12.2V?

Pulled each fuse individually with meter connected, no change.

No fault codes with INPA. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you power reaching the starter/solemoid?

    Bang on the money!

I was describing to a mechanic friend over the phone and he said try giving the starter a good tap..... BINGO!:D

Sounds like a jammed starter to me, battery fully charged but starter unable to turn over engine, once it starts doing this it will do it again and leave you stuck somewhere, quick fix is to rock the car in gear to move the starter motor slightly from the stuck position, time to buy a new motor

Or the cheaper option - get the current one refurbished.
