Impossible to tell without at least seeing photos of the car. Price seems on the cheap side given the low mileage. Have you verified the mileage?

I'd ask how long current owner has it, if less than a year I wouldn't touch.

It looks to be in very good condition but its also a special edition of the basic model. Still it has no alloys and is very plain inside. If that is all you want fine. Just make sure it has been well serviced and looked after and it should be fine. The MK 3 Laguna has had a very good reliability record with no major issues like the MK 2.
If it was me I would go for a higher spec one. The one with the twin exhausts the GT line is a beaut.

Bodywork looks tired to me for a car that's claimed to have only covered 95k miles in 10 years. I wouldn't bother.

It looks fine although Id be concerned about where the pictures were taken. Why there and not outside the owners house?

Could live in an apartment, could have no driveway, lots of reasons, generally those people take on their driveway are bad anyway.

As per Irish History Check report:
    Vehicle Status
    Write-off: No
    Taxi / Hackney: No
    Change in Engine Number: No
    Change in colour: No

    Reading
    Apr 2017 - 141,783 kms
    Apr 2017 - 141,300 kms
    Sep 2011 - 130,678 kms
    Oct 2010 - 93,825 kms

I took a test drive, not seen any smoke from the back of the car,
Clutch look hard, steering little hard, suspension little off. but I tried same version car with petrol model and seen Clutch and steering little hard. looks like the model is build like that or both car has the same issue.

So confused.... looking at Mileage and Yr, price looks good but not sure internal...
    Please suggest.
