Lamb Doyle's to Ticknock

Can someone remind me please where to take a right turn on the Ballyedmonduff Road in Barnaculla when cycling from Lamb Doyles to get to Ticknock?

It's been a while since I went up this way and don't fancy searching around at night for it (again). Last time, I took the right at MurphyStone just before the Bluer and ended up all over the place. I know there's a right that takes you over some grass at first, and then you end up on the big climb up to the aerials on the East side of Ticknock.

That could be the one alright. It's much further past the Bluer than I thought. I'll give it a go - cheers

Looking at the Strava map, there seems to be this one just past the Paddocks, but I've never tried it myself... it overlaps with the previous one anyway. https://www.strava.com/routes/16182425

That last one there is what most lads take from the Bluer up to the masts. Hate that climb myself.

You can get to Ticknock from here leaving out the climb to the Blue light...
Right (Cul De Sac) turn just before Slate cabin lane...
You may have to push nearer the top depending on which trail you use...
Might be best explore during the daytime..
