Capsule machine

    Only started drinking coffee lately. Aldi are selling Ambiano Coffee Capsule Machine in the next week or two, any one have any experience using one? Or maybe there’s a better one to buy. Thanks in advance for any advise

    Just a cautionary note that the pods are very environmentally unsound, and are not readily recyclable (whatever the manufacturers claim).

    I think the nespresso style pods (like the ones the machine above use) are not too bad for the environment
    I think it’s the dolce gusto pods which are bad for the environment but I could be mistaken.

    Also if it helps op I used to have a nespresso pod machine which was great very convenient and nice coffee.
    But we bought a bean to cup machine as it’s cheaper per coffee and even more convenient then pods but do they cost a good bit more initially (you could get a delonghi one on amazon warehouse for about 200)

    The only pods that are recyclable are the Nespresso ones. None of the compatible ones are.
