Is this my phone line?

Hi folks, I need my eircom phone line in order to get broadband. My problem is that all lines in the house are gone apart from what I think is the main phone line coming in. I have a photo. The house was built circa 1980 and the cable just has 2 pairs of wires within the sheeth. Any info would be great. Tkst

That is a complete mess, and is badly in need of sorting to be able to decide anything.

I would strongly advise getting it properly sorted.
