If you make appointment, should be fairly quicky.

If your appointment is booked it should be quick. Last time I was there (not that center specifically) to renew my license I was in and out in 10-15 minutes

Shouldn't be too long if you have an appointment, they are a bit slow in there though. If I recall my appointment was 10-15 minutes late.

Walk in appointments are a different story. Was there with the GF two weeks ago. Got there at 9:45 and waited 90 minutes. All booked out yet plenty of no shows who failed their theory or couldn't make it.

Make sure you arrive early. They call appointments once and very soon after they'll call the next name if no one moves. If you miss your time slot you become a walk up and will have to wait.
