    I'm now on day 18 without an Internet connection as are many in my area. It had been really good for months up to this point. Despite numerous calls to Three I am just going around in circles. One support person did concede that yes, their system shows an area wide problem (mainly around the northern shores of Lough Derg - but particularly bad around Portumna in Galway and Terryglass in Tipperary. Everyone that phones is treated as an individual case and being asked to do the usual - replace SIM reboot modem etc. Does anyone have any idea where we can take this from here?
