Can we get a new sticky on here advising people not to waste time typing out problems. Customers service is no longer available on here and the only advice you will ever get is to call 1901. I understand Eir do not have sufficient staff to support this forum currently but please let everyone know. I'm puzzled about the…

I understand Eir do not have sufficient staff to support this forum currently but please let everyone know. I'm puzzled about the secrecy about the restructure of the Eir customer services team and the temporary problems caused by it.
