Electric gate

    Hi all looking for a bit of advice not sure if all that I'm looking for is possible in this set up but
    Looking into installing a 12 ft sliding electric gate
    Control wise I would like the gate to be activated over GSM
    On the intercom cableing to gate is no problem but cable into the house is just to messy so would like a wireless reciever 2way communication which can open gate.
    But here is where it may get difficult

    If possible I would also like to be able to open the gate and have it stay in open position until a close command is given
    I take it I need a motor with a second channel input but does anyone know of a suitable wireless intercom?
