My e-mail is working perfectly on Outlook but I want to change my password. When I attempt to log in to webmail I get the message "For security reasons, access to eircom net webmail is not available from your present location." However, when a friend tried to log in to webmail on my computer using his e-mail address it works perfectly.

NB I am certain that I have used the correct address and password.
