Savings Account Statement

    Hi. I requested a savings account statement from BOI using Banking 365 phone service on Thursday. I was wondering how long this would take to be issued. If I were to go to a branch, would they be able to print the statement in the branch and give it to me straight away? I am applying for a mortgage in a different institution and they need my savings account statement. This is the last document I need to provide to them and so I'd prefer to get it submitted as soon as possible.

    The statement will take 3-5 working days to arrive by post. So you should receive it this week.
    Our branches cannot print statements.
