Hi, I got a new Panasonic Smart TV and am trying to get the Channel 4 Player on to it. I've done this: Apps/Browser/Catch Up All 4/Download latest flash Player. Clicked on Download player and got "The page cannot be displayed", clicked "Next", am now at stage 3/3 and get "Thank you, here is another product that might interest you" - an ad to subscribe to something. I can't get past the ad. Is there another way to install Adobe on my Smart tv. Thanks in advance.

Your tv may be a freesat tv.
Freesat and C4 had a dispute meaning the All4 app has been removed from their product range

Do you have c4 hd on your tv?

I very much doubt there is a flash build compatible with your TVs firmware. You shouldnt be using the browser at all.

My understanding is that the only Smart TV that there’s a native All4 app for is Samsung. If you’re a regular viewer and have a smartphone, then shelling out €40 for a Chromecast may be a worthwhile investment.

Thanks for all the replies. I can live without the CH4 app but could someone please let me know how can I install other apps, like RTE player. This is a screenshot of the Apps on my tv. Thanks in advance.Samsung TV - Apps.png

All 4 was removed from Freesat boxes, not TVs

My tv is a freesat model. All4 player doesn't work.

Well All 4 works perfectly well on my Samsung TV, which has Freesat

The Apps on your TV is down to the manufacture of your TV, it's nothing to do with Freesat

Not according to LG when I contacted them. They said it is bbc, itv, c4 that make the apps available on the tvs, not the manufacturer.
    It could be bull though.

It would make sense (c4 removing the All4 app after dispute with freesat) as All4 app doesn't work on my tv.

I get a -310 network error when I try to connect to All4 app.

My LG TV is a 2015 model (LF) and have tried looking in the LG Store for All 4 and has never been there to download

Which model is yours and was All 4 pre-installed when you bought the TV?

Preinstalled. I deleted it and I was still able to reinstall it so it seems to be still active but no luck connecting to it. Mine is a 2017 model.
