Just taken over doing tax returns from an accountant for a friend.
    Am using ROS
Pre-filled form shows friend being Married but Separated as civil status
Friend is divorced, maybe 5 years.
Does it matter from a tax perspective.

Pre-filled also shows correct month and year for DOB, but wrong day in month.
Does it matter from a tax perspective.

    ps
Can I view previous years returns on ROS
    P60 shows TC of 3880 for 2017
I can only account for 3380
    1650 Personal
    1650 Employee
    ....80 Rent paid
    F11 calculates underpayment of 500

    thanks as always

I assume you mean "married but living apart" - no, from a tax perspective it should not make a difference on the Form. This just means Revenue don't know he's divorced, so he should send them his date of divorce.

The DOB won't make a difference. Again it might be something to let Revenue know though.

You probably won't be able to if you did not submit them. Only the "administrator" who submitted them can view them, generally.

I wouldn't go by the P60. The P60 simply shows the credits operated by the employer, it does not mean they are correct and P60s are very often wrong. In this instance it looks like the employer operated PAYE on the employment income incorrectly, with €500 extra credit. If you cannot account for this on the Form 11, it likely means the underpayment is correct.

I realise you've probably already submitted the return but maybe it was helpful.
