Beko condenser dryer making grinding noise!

Just a quick question someone might have an answer for. I bought a Beko Condenser dryer in September, model-DRVT71W 8kg. All grand until about a week ago, it's making a squeeking and grinding noise. I've leveled it and cleaned out the filters etc, still noisey. It's driving me mad, it's only a few weeks old.
    Any thoughts! Thanks!

Something jammed in the seal between the door and the drum perhaps.

Just get onto Beko service, as it's under warranty. You will need model number and serial number, which will be on a label inside the door. If it's a condenser dryer, then it's not a DRVT71, as they are 7kg vented dryers.
