Cheapest courier to Hong Kong

Can someone help me find what's the cheapest courier from Ireland -> Hong Kong to return a faulty mobile phone. Must accept batteried items, be tracked and insured. DHL is looking for 80 euro which is just too much considering its almost 50% of the product value.

Unfortunately from Ireland that’s about it. FedEx or UPS will be about the same money, or worse, if they’ll take it at all.

You can increase the insurance on a parcel after entering the value of the item after selecting the service you want. Taking TNT, for example, I make it out to be about €40 + VAT
