Non Root YouTube ad blocker?!

    Any recommendations? I have Blokada installed and active but it doesn't seem to help in the case of YouTube. At the moment my phone is in serious danger of being pelted at the wall thanks to constant ads for useless bollíx on Wish every time I go to watch a clip!

    When you install vanced go to settings -> apps -> find the original red YouTube app and disable it

    Yeah Youtube Vanced. No ads and can continue listening with your screen off or browsing the web.

    Has anyone had a casting issue with Youtube Vanced?
    It was working but it won't cast to Chromecsst or smart tv anymore, the native YouTube app is working flawlessly.

    You won't find it in the play store, you need to Google it and side load

    Ya just tried it and even downloaded different versions to try and all to no avail :(

    Lads I have a very annoying problem with YouTube Vanced. it does not log my watch history. It's really bugging me.

    I read some other threads and they say that it's something to do with that fact I have two youtube profiles/accounts. I'm not sure why I do, one is blank essentially. It says to merge them but a Google says you can't. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
