Cannot access my Eir. I need to know if I owe payments and I need it in writing.

I have cancelled both my eir accounts a few months ago: [snipped]

I have received bill emails since then. I want to put these to rest completely and forget about them but I cannot access my eir to see my outstanding bills (when I log in, it is stuck at one of the loading messages  like ''loading dashboard"). I have tried using webchat to resolve this, but was told since both the accounts are terminated I cannot access my eir which seems like nonsense, and the representative attempted to resolve my issue stating as far as he can see, both my accounts are in credit for a small sum (as in I am somehow owed money) and he has logged a 30 day refund request.

I don't want to take a blow to my credit hsitory. Consider this a formal plea (since you have no support email) to notify me of any outstanding payments I owe on these accounts. I would like a response in writing so I have a proper record. My email account [snipped].

    Best Regards,

I'm afraid when you close your account with us your my eir service closes down also. Feel free to PM me your account number, full name on the account, email address and date of birth and I'll clarify this for you.
