    Hi,

    Out of all the recruiters out there who do you think are the top 2 or 3 to deal with for roles in Engineering.

    Thinking of testing the water for a new role but there seems to be so many of them out there.

    Apply directly for positions with companies. There is plenty of work in Ireland at the moment. Using recruiters is a waste of time for the most part. Just my opinion based on my experience.

    Im on irishjobs.ie for few years now and being spammed daily and few other sites, thou that said advice as above is what you need to do, once you find get emailed job etc, go to companies site directly and if they are professional they will have careers section which is way better then having to register to third party sites, if you got skills and experience they look its way better chance then some agency, as mentioned there's no lack atm for engineers in every field, for one to be depending on 3rd parties.
