I had the misfortune to ask eir to combine my mobile bill and broadband and phone into one bill. After almost 2 hours on the phone this was achieved. They now have the cheek to now say that my contract started on that date despite being with them for years .I have this rectified with the mobile and am in the process of switching but they refuse to change the broadband back to its original contract date.
Iv given up waiting listening to the same song on loop.

    Hi kennypowers,

The broadband would automatically enter into a new contract when you bundle it. I'm afraid I would be unable to change this, I'm sorry it's not better news.

    Thanks

    Thanks Tracey.
I have removed the mobile from the contract .I'm being charged over 110 Euros for broadband and phone .Can I switch to the new cheaper plan as an existing customer and if I'm unable to do so what are the contract termination fees.
