    Hi Team,

    I recently moved my sim only mobile to another provider abut still got billed a full month, this has been paid as per the DD.

    Can I get my account checked to see if I am due a refund on the over billed amount on account of moving providers.

    Hi there,

    When cancelling or moving provider you are required to give 30 days notice or you would be charged for the months service.

    You will receive a final bill in the post and if you are in credit you will see a minus figure highlighted on the bill.
