The permitted plot ratio is 0.2 which, based on a site area of 25 acres (10ha) of thereby would amount to ????? sq.m of dev. floor area. At an average residential unit size, this amounts to 200 units.

Cannot for the life of me understand how I get a sqm figure in there - help really appreciated!!!

0.2 of 25 acres is 20,234.2m2, if your standard 3bed semi is 1100sq/ft or 102.2m2 thats 198 units approx
