    Hi Team,

We moved from Imagine to Eir after FTTH was made available in our area and a rep called to the door.  This was a huge mess, which I wont go into.
But one of the things that happened, was our original number was not ported over to Eir.  And we now find ourselves with a completely new number.  This is causing huge issues for us as schools, doctors, etc have our old number.  And we want this old number back.

Can this be sorted ASAP please?

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the inconvenience.

In order to have this looked into and port the number back you would need to speak with our customer care team on 1901 as we wouldn't have access to do this here.

    Apologies,

    Sarah
