Anyone here ever purchased online with Zara? Placed an order earlier this week, with an expected delivery date of today but the order is still "Being prepared". Money has not been taken from the account either.

I've bought twice online. Once to home & it took 2 weeks, I thought to store would be better but that took about 2 weeks too! Their delivery dates are usually way out. It'll come eventually!

I order every so often and up to now their delivery times were spot on. Very often though the order would be processing most of the time then you receive the invoice and item is out for delivery next day.

I order with them fairly frequently and always manage to get my order within the week. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 4 days. Once the item is dispatched it should be with you within two days. There’s free returns with the courier so it’s handy if you don’t have a Zara near you. There’s something amiss if your order is taking more than a week to reach you

Order has processed and is on it's way. We were in the shop on Henry street in Dublin at weekend and it was very busy. Big queue for online collection, so they may have been dealing with a huge volume of orders at the moment.
