Raspberry Pi 3 Setup help

    Hi
    Im using Windows 10 and used Etcher to flash 2018-10-09-raspbian-stretch to a Raspberry Pi 3.
    I connect the RP3 to my TV but its not showing any image.
    I downloaded Advanced IP Scanner on my Win 10 machine and it says the RP3 is there 192.168.1.27 (it's connected via ethernet cable to my router)

    What do I need to do to get Retropie running on it (that was my main aim)
