Anyone any idea what's wrong with this boiler?

    Firebird boiler.

I turn it on, then there's like a start up noise....then a click......usually the boiler starts to fire and there is no click. I press the yellow light then on the boiler and it's not able to be pressed...then after a while I hear another small click and then I'm able to press the light again and it'll do the same thing.

Sometimes it'll work and then other times it'll fire for a while and then just stop..

    Any ideas?

If you post the make/model it would help a lot.

There are many reasons why is going to lockout, partially blocked nozzle, fuel supply, pump pressure, etc. sounds like a service with a flue gas analyser printout is the best option.
