Move SIM only plan

    Hi,
    I would like to move my SIM only plan from my current plan to your new offer of €19.99 PM. 
    I have been trying to do this since last Friday but it seems a simple task like this is beyond what you term to be a "customer care team". 
    I have just spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with your customer care team trying to get this sorted. I spoke to 2 members of staff and each time I explained my situation I got put on hold. The second time I was put on hold I waited for 30 mins before hanging up. 
    Is this acceptable behaviour? Clearly its not just 1 persons mistake as it happened twice. 

    I was provided and account number on Friday which I was told I would have to move my current number onto. I would like to do this as soon as possible and can provide any details needed if you can point me in the direction of someone who can actually help.

    I would appreciate a response on this. 
    Attached is my call log from yesterday showing my attempts to resolve this with you via you customer care line. 
    Would you not agree that this is a ridiculous amount of time to be spending to just move from one of your plans to another?

    Hi there,

    I do apologise that you had difficulty gettimg through. Unfortunately we do not have access to move your number to the new account from oir end. This would need to be done over the phone by calling 1800 69 00 00 or going to yoir nearest eir store.
