Cannot get through phoning 1901 - Very frustrated

    I have been on a 25 euro month plan. eir have increased this to 35 per month.

    This happened previously, without my consent. When I contacted eir, they reduced it again to 25 per month for 6 months. That was 9 months ago and i've been on the 35 euro plan for the past 3 months. This is too much for the service I am receiving. At the time I was advised to contact eir again in 6 months and they would reduce this again to 25 euro.

    I have been trying for the past week to get through via 1901. Every time i've been cut off after 30 mins.

    At this point, with such terrible customer service, I just want out.

    Online / Facebook chat will not help in any way, i've tried this avenue. They state I must contact 1901, but I cannot get through via 1901.

    WHAT'S GOING ON EIR? It may not mean anything as i'm only 1 customer, but you have lost me. eir is a disgrace, and i've never said that about any organisation before.
